Born from the travels, tastes, and connections of our Culinary Director, SENSE was created to reimagine what dining could be: a space where blindfolds invite surrender, flavors guide discovery, and every course becomes part of a greater story. Inspired by cultures and cuisines from around the world, we bring these influences home to Bermuda, transforming them into immersive journeys that celebrate connection and wonder.

Since our debut, our team has grown into an award-winning ensemble, recognized with the Best of Bermuda Award for Best Dining Experience (2024) and Best Chef (2025). Each member of our team plays a role in the performance, from the Experience Guides who set the stage to the chefs who orchestrate the menu. We think of our dishes as the cast, each one stepping forward to tell its part of the story, weaving together a narrative that shifts how you perceive the world around you.
